.......they settled out of court, numbskull. Newspapers usually do, because it's cheaper. A deal was done between the legal bods before they even set foot in a courtroom, which you would know if you had bothered to read the proceedings before airing your ignorance.

You really do talk such utter crap, Textusa. The woman is clearly wearing a summer skirt and top. That seems entirely in keeping with an afternoon at the beach, and only someone with another agenda could seriously try to make it appear suspicious. What she was wearing was not in any way out of keeping with what the other women in the party were wearing, and even if it was - so what?
They're laughing at you again, Textusa, and your increasing desperation............

Having waded through both your posts (sorry, I don't speak loser) it's apparent that if either of you ever had an original thought, the shock would probably finish you off.
Firstly, where is the post I am supposed to have ''given up on'' ? I don't give up, darling; your loony friend stops my posts going through, just like she will with this one.
Your paranoia is quite something to behold. I'm not the one claiming to know what happened, remember. I leave that to Textusa. My issue is that she has absolutely no basis for most of her accusations. You all seem to think it's perfectly acceptable to accuse innocent bystanders of being criminals, conspiring with the McCanns.
''How do you know they're not?'' you ask me.
What possible evidence do you have that they are? Do you think it is perfectly acceptable to accuse people of crimes without any evidence or the tiniest indication that they have done anything wrong?
I don't give a rat's arse what you accuse the McCanns or their child-neglecting friends of, to be honest. They have only themselves to blame. But taking out your anger, rage and unfocused bile on people like Mrs Fenn, or the Tapas workers just to fit in with Textusa's latest hallucinogen-fuelled rant shows you up for what you are.
Anon 9.18 - you need to learn a bit about computers, hun, if you really think that by posting here I can in some way access your email contacts. It seems I was flattering you when I described you as stupid.
Anon 9.55 - frankly, I can't make out what on earth you are on about. You carry on deluding yourself that the Tapas dinners never happened, if you like. It makes you look like a twat, but then I guess that's something you are all used to on here.
As to my knowledge of medicines, I know enough never to mix whatever you lot have all been knocking back, with the 8 litres of Lambrini you washed them down with Night night girls :)

Here's something constructive for you. Stop looking for conspiracies and connections where they do not exist. Stop hanging on Textusa's every lunatic word, like a herd of wildebeest. Try using your brains for a moment.
You know the child is almost certainly dead
You know who is responsible
Stop making arses of yourselves by agreeing with Textusa when she tries to extend the blame to everyone in the Northern hemisphere, in order to fit in with her nutty conspiracy theories
