That's good of you. I'm sure he'll be delighted that you have decided to remove a possible ''arguido'' status from him, although he may well be surprised that it was ever in question, especially as you had already stated :
''What I said, and maintain, is that Father Pacheco had nothing to do with THAT man, transporting THAT child, in THAT place, in THAT direction, THAT night at THAT hour.''
Is this what you are reduced to, Textusa? You seem to be confused. It's supposed to be the priest absolving the sins of the penitent.
